Over the years, Erick’s experience has spanned concierge services, client account management, and operational support, where he has helped organizations strengthen the way they serve their clients. Beyond aviation, he has also extended his expertise into the wine and spirits retail industry, applying the same principles of high-touch service to consumer engagement.
Erick is passionate about the future of the industries he serves, contributing to advocacy efforts around workforce development, innovation, and service excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, Remy, and their dog, Clue, as well as golf, cigars, and travel.
